InfinX HaloVac 250 is a premium vacuum pump fluid oil designed for use in mechanical vacuum pumps at higher temperatures. Formulated using Halocarbon PFPE Technology, this vacuum pump oil is safe for use across a broad range of applications, particularly in the semiconductor industry and laboratories. InfinX HaloVac 250 is chemically inert and nonflammable and provides superior lubrication.
InfinX HaloVac 250 is universally compatible with most plastics and protects metals against rust and corrosion. This chemically inert oil is safe for use in direct contact with hazardous chemicals. Its exceptional performance and compatibility with common rubbers and elastomers makes it ideal for use in many vacuum pumps.
