Halocarbon MWF10
Halocarbon MWF10
Low Viscosity | Ready-to-Use Formulation
Halocarbon MWF10 is a low-viscosity, lightweight PCTFE synthetic oil with excellent lubricity and heat transfer properties. MWF10 offers a wide range of beneficial performance attributes, including excellent thermal tolerance and chemical inertness. This exceptional metalworking fluid has a water-white liquid appearance and is easy to wash off with acetone or alcohols.
MWF10 is particularly well-suited for use as a coolant but also demonstrates optimal performance in metal forming (stamping and rolling), metal removal (turning, milling, honing, drilling, and lapping), and using standard application processes (flooding and misting). It has also been known to significantly increase tool and die life in many machining applications.
MWF10 is an ideal solution for machining processes involving Tungsten (W), Tantalum (Ta), Molybdenum (Mo), Niobium (Nb), Rhenium (Re), Titanium (Ti), their alloys, and more.

Turning
Turning
Material is spun by a lathe to allow blades to cut as it spins.
Milling
Milling
Workpiece is attached to a worktable and adjusted to cutting tools.
Drilling
Drilling
Holes are bored through the material or workpiece for assembly.
Grinding
Grinding
Small amounts of material are removed by flat or cylindrical spinning abrasives.
Cup Drawing
Cup Drawing
Stretching the material to form a flat sheet into a concave “cup” shape.
Wire Drawing
Wire Drawing
A punch forces a section of metal through a die to reduce its cross section.
Threading & Tapping
Threading
Edges are detailed through thread milling or tapping to enable fastening to another material.
Honing
Honing
Produces the optimal surface finishes with an abrasive turning stone.
Finishing
Finishing
Utilizes an abrasive material to enhance, smooth, and polish metal surfaces.
Sawing
Hover Box Element
Performed to create shorter-length material using cut-off machines.
